Hc = CP + SI + MC + AL + EI
It measures human capability (Hc) as a reference point, allowing AI systems to be evaluated against human-equivalent tasks, ensuring AI development meets safe and regulated performance standards.
Human capability is determined by the interaction of cognitive, sensory, motor, adaptive, and emotional components. The value of components can change dynamically based on the task at hand.
